CELEBRATIONS GROUP TERMS & CONDITIONS
This document is a contract. Client is responsible for reading and understanding this document in full.
Contact our Sales Representatives should you have any questions pertaining to this document. No modification or addition to these Terms and Conditions is effective unless it is agreed in writing by the CELEBRATIONS GROUP.
Definitions: “Client, you, and your” refer to the person’s information in the billing section and who has agreed these Terms and Conditions. They do not refer to anyone else, including third parties, event hosts, staff, guests and/or end users of an item. CELEBRATIONS GROUP refers to CELEBRATIONS, GERVAIS, PARTY TIME and BENCH & TABLE. “We, us, and our” refer to Bench & Table Rents Inc. and its employees.
Orders
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. Customers will receive a confirmation email from one of our sales representatives ensuring all order information is correct and the pick up or delivery is scheduled accordingly.
Equipment Conditions
New
Brand new equipment which is still packed in the original packaging. These items have not been rented and are in 100 % Condition.
Like New
Used equipment which has no obvious marks or other indications of use. This item looks like new and will be re-packaged for sale as it was in stock and ready for future rentals.
Used Lightly
Used equipment which has minor marks or other indications of use. This item is in good condition and will be re-packaged for sale as it was in stock and ready for future rentals.
Used
Used equipment which has marks or other indications of use. This item is in fair condition and will be re-packaged for sale as it was in stock and ready for future rentals.
Used Special
used equipment on special pricing for quick liquidation. Used equipment which has marks or other indications of use. This item is in fair condition and will be re-packaged for sale as it was in stock and ready for future rentals.
Liquidation
Used equipment which very obvious marks or other indications of use. This item is in functional condition but has aesthetic deficiencies and will be re-packaged for sale as it was in stock and ready for future rentals.
CELEBRATIONS GROUP sells New, Refurbished and Used equipment. Equipment may have different conditions and may have been used for rental before its sale. The conditions established are based on the quality of the total inventory and not any one given piece. When making your purchase you accept the condition of the items and therefor it is important to note the condition of your items as marked on the items page.
Final Sale
All orders are final sale. As a result, no refund, exchange, reimbursement or other compensation can be requested. In the case of any items broken or unusable, CELEBRATIONS GROUP will either exchange and/or reimburse said items.
Delivery and Pick Up of Rental Items
A. All Pick-up at warehouse orders can be scheduled between Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Once you have placed your order online, you will be contact by a sales representative in order to confirm the pick-up schedule.
B. All deliveries orders can be scheduled between Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Once you have placed your order online, you will be contact by a sales representative in order to confirm the delivery information and schedule.
C. No liability will be attached to CELEBRATIONS GROUP for any delay or failure to deliver or pick up due to circumstances that are unforeseen and/or outside of its control (e.g. traffic, weather, venue complications).
D. All deliveries must be made in an area readily accessible to trucks. Additional charges will apply for long carries, stairs, elevator deliveries and/or any other obstacles which incur extra time/labor and repeated delivery or pick up attempts. Waiting charges will apply for any duration of time our staff are sitting idle at (or near) the venue without the ability to deliver your order. Waiting time begins after our staff have been waiting at the venue for more than 15 minutes. The Client shall pay CELEBRATIONS GROUP for the additional labor in an amount equal to $45.00 per man-hour per hour of delay.
E. Upon pick-up or delivery, you or the authorized representative of your team must be present to cross reference and examine the rental items for accuracy, and quantity. Once you accept the order, you agree that the order was received in full and all rental items are in a proper functioning state. No discrepancies in item quantities will be accepted thereafter.
Remedies
If the Client fails to respect any obligation of these TERMS & CONDITIONS, CELEBRATIONS GROUP shall be entitled, without prejudice to any and all other rights and recourse, to terminate the Contract, obtain payment of all amounts owed by the Client. The Client shall be liable for the payment of all related costs and expenses incurred by CELEBRATIONS GROUP to enforce its rights here under, including the recovery of all reasonable legal and professional fees. All amounts owed by the Client shall bear interest at the annual rate of twenty four percent (24%) until full payment is received by CELEBRATIONS GROUP
